Took a little bit of self care this week & I'd just like to thank Joanna for a great Kobido massage. I’ve come away feeling amazing. If you're looking for a massage that hits all the right spots, she’s your girl, and Beauty Boudoir is the place to go. Joanna is so friendly & welcoming, she knows her stuff and is very passionate about what she does. I totally trust her expertise, and she has given me some valuable advice on skincare . She even threw in a bonus treatment at no extra cost, which was very much appreciated, and I could see the effect it had on my skin right away!!! Overall, great place, professional and knowledgeable beautician using the best products in a beautifully decorated and relaxing environment. Joanna was absolutely brilliant. We started off with a consultation because I wasn’t sure what treatment would be best for me. She was incredibly helpful and really made me feel heard. The treatment itself was wonderful, and I love that she explained all the products she was using and why she picked them. It’s very clear she really considered what my skin would need before going ahead with anything, and she changed what she was planning on doing depending on how my skin reacted to different products. I have had 3 facial treatments with Joanna so far and had an amazing experience. I’ve purchased hydrafacial 3 for 2 package but every time treatments varied. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. My skin felt plump, fresh and glowing afterwards. Her salon is very modern, comfortable and clean, which is very important for me. Joanna is a real professional, very knowledgeable about the products and treatments she offers. She gives recommendations based on skin condition. I make sure I see Joanna whenever I’m in Bournemouth. She is amazing and truly a gem of a person. She is so skilled at facial care and knows everything about skincare and beauty. I go to Joanna for a hydrafacial once a month and Kobido weekly when I’m in town. I only trust her with my skincare. Bournemouth has no idea how lucky they are to have such a highly trained and passionate aesthetician in their presence. She’s absolutely excellent. She often has wonderful deals on Booksy. Joanna is very knowledgeable about her product to individual and specific skin type. She always give recommendations based on what customer needs as well as their conditions. She cares about her work and would like to see what she is doing really help others. Having treatments her 3 times in the last 2 months with 2 sessions of Anti Acne, my face looks lots better before I saw her. My favourite treatment so far for deep cleaning is Hydrafacial with the cocktail of Serums. I really recommend you to try. ~ Yawipa D

Came here for a Kobido face massage in the first week of opening as the Salon looked really appealing. Possibly one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a beauty salon . You could see the difference already after the first treatment but definitely worth having one every two weeks. I’ve got another one booked in already also bought a gift voucher for a good friend of mine to give as a birthday present. I recently visited Beauty Boudoir in Bournemouth, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! I had the best massage I’ve ever had – the therapist was skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed. I've been lucky to have experienced beauty therapies in France, Italy, Tunisia and the UK. Can honestly say that Joanna is absolutely one of the best. Some therapists mention Kobido but I know the real thing. After mask +Kobido massage yesterday, my 73-year old skin is plump and glowing, with significantly reduced lines by nose. Can recommend 100%. Don't worry that you will probably leave smelling great, but oily chest and shoulders plus hair in a mess! ~ Susan B

I especially want to highlight the eyelash extension specialist Olesia – a true professional! The procedure was comfortable, Olesia took all my preferences into account, and the result exceeded my expectations: the lashes turned out neat, natural, and expressive. Joanna is the best of the best :) Honestly. She does her magic with my face every appointment. Joanno was amazing - as soon as I walked into her salon she looked at my skin and was able to advise exactly what I needed, and even added on an extra treatment that I hadn’t booked in for. It was my first hydrafacial and Joanno talked me through everything she was doing throughout the whole treatment. My skin is so soft and glowing afterwards! Visiting Bournemouth and found this fantastic Spa. I had the hot stones massage and acupressure foot massage. Lovely experience today . Joanna very professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I had a facial and my daughters had a facial and a back massage. Joanna gave us a half an hour consultation before our treatments to ensure our treatments were tailored to our individual requirements and conditions.
